Shipping & Delivery

SodaStream Shop-Online do not ship outside of Canada. SodaStream Shop-Online normally ships within 2 business day and ships via Canada Post. You should receive your order within 4-7 business days after you place your order. You will be emailed a tracking number when order is shipped. Please be careful when giving shipping information. If our shipper cannot deliver your order due to incorrect shipping information and is returned and has to be reshipped due to your error, we will bill your credit card the additional charges.

Free Shipping

For a limited time offer, SodaStream Shop-Online is offering Free Ground Shipping to anywhere in Canada via FedEx Ground or Canada Post with a minimum order of $200 before taxes. Once your order reaches a minimum order of $200, the summary page will let you choose an option of Regular Shipping or Expedited Shipping at $0.00 cost. If you would like us to ship it with a quicker service, other options are available with the postage rate calculated during checkout.

To see what your shipping cost will be, simply add the products to your cart, proceed to the checkout, select your payment method and go to the next step. The summary page will include your final shipping cost, after which you may place your order.

Pricing Policy

We provide a Lowest Price Guarantee and will beat any competitor’s price in Canada by 5% of the difference. Lowest Price Guarantee is valid within 14 days of purchase.

CO2 Carbonator Exchange

The CO2 Carbonator Exchange item on the on-line store is based on equal number of returned empty carbonators. We must receive your empty bottles before we will process your order with the CO2 Carbonator Exchange item or a refundable $15 user licence fee will be added to each bottle. Empty bottles can be shipped back to the address below and please include your first/last name, address, phone, e-mail in the package. It is best to use an insured trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Returns & Replacements

All products to be returned or exchanged must have their complete packaged materials including all parts and installation materials included undamaged.

Within 14 days of purchase, items may be returned under the following conditions*:

• Defective products may be returned for exchange, refund or credit.
• Unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange, refund or credit.
• Opened or used products will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%.
• Physically damaged products will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges are not included. Full credit for the amount purchased minus shipping charges will be issued to the same credit card as purchased with. Credit will be posted within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise although rare, may be return for a full refund, exchange, credit or replacement within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. SodaStream Shop-Online will pay for shipping charges. Please email us at return@sodastreamstore.com or call 1-905-886-6621 for a Return Authorization Number. After our 14 days policy, the manufacturer's policy will apply.

Payment Method

SodaStream Shop-Online accepts online payment processed through PayPal with high degree of privacy and security. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Bank transfer. You will be directed to Paypal's page for payment information and redirected back to SodaStream Shop-Online with a confirmation after.

Limitation of Liability

SodaStream Shop-Online products are covered by the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. SodaStream Shop-Online makes no warranties of any kind, implied or expressed concerning water purification products suitability or fitness for a particular purpose. SodaStream Shop Online’s liability shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price or replacement if defective. All of our merchandise is guaranteed to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Any modifications or repairs or changes shall void any and all warranties.

Receipt of merchandise is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions expressed here. SodaStream Shop Online may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
